F/T experienced Resident Manager needed to work in a 78 units apartment complex at New Westminster ,Must have some maintenance skills , strong administration and computer skills. Must have a good knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act. Good communication skills and attitude an asset.Salary in the $20-30K range, depending on experience.
