Funny enough I think I have seen jobs advertised here and a short while later an anonymous one appears that is similar? Why would I send my hard worked on resume and all the personal information to some LURKER type company (individual) who doesn't even have common courtesy. The excuse "we will get so many phone calls" attitude or some other BS is just that BS. If your HR department is flinging this around it's time for new. What are they being paid for? If you're so worried about having to screen candidates and the TIME that it entails then hire a recruiting firm that way the "perfect fit" can just fall into your organization. Don't like that expense or don't have the brass to do it yourself in a public forum? Then I wouldn't work for you anyway as you're not the employer I want.
