Job Function: Home Inspection Training Program inquiries, test marking, information package distribution, financial processing and data entry





Our primary area of business is home inspection and related services. We are looking for dynamic, personable individuals to join our team.








Position Overview:





The candidate would be responsible for answering general inquires about our home inspection training program. The client would then be passed along to our education director for enrollment or processing of the sales order. The candidate will also be responsible for the marking of any incoming tests that come from our program and from our real estate continuing education courses. Responding to, and processing, any requests for information for courses, and assisting the Finance department with online payment processing will also be required.








Key Responsibilities:








Ø Managing online and paper based testing.


Ø Manage Information packages distribution and mailing - Phone/Email requests for Canadian course inquiries


Ø Manage inbound customer information calls about the program


Ø Some technical assistance - helping clients with enrollment for online testing


Ø Administrative duties and filing





Ø Accounting Responsibilities - Data Entry for Payment Processing











Ideal Skills:





Ø Exceptional phone and communication skills





Ø Experience with a multi-line phone system





Ø Experience in a customer service environment is required





Ø Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and produce accurate results is essential - both on the phone and for administrative tasks





Ø Very strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe products)





Ø A self initiator with the ability to proactively pursue assigned and unassigned work priorities





Ø You have an outgoing personality that thrives in a busy atmosphere and is able to produce accurate results.








Position Status:





This position is a permanent full-time position. The starting salary will be between $30,000 to $35,000 - to be negotiated depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday position from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
