Totally agree with the previous post. These people are cheap, simply cheap, they use "oh, the economy is bad" excuse over and over again, whereas the real reason is "i want to get paid more then you." Obviously they don't know 1st rule of doing business - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If i call a company, resident care attendant or customer service rep of a company and hear bad English, unprofessional, illiterate person, i simply say:" Ok, bye" and think to myself im done with this company - and simply never call back. Why do people hire ill-mannered, unprofessional reps? to manage to stay in business? if your business if good people will come to you sooner or later.
