We are currently seeking an INTERMEDIATE PROGRAMMER to join our team.
Required:
- Experience programming in object-oriented PHP 5
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented design patterns and how they are used in software design
- Ability to read, analyze, debug, and update pre-existing modules and classes
- A strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, MySQL and JavaScript.
- Experience with AJAX, JSON, RSS and other Web 2.0 technologies.
- Familiarity with Linux operating system and development environment (SVN repositories)
Not required but nice to have:
- Experience working in a LAMP environment
- Experience with CMS (Drupal) and CRM (SugarCRM) and PHP frameworks
- Experience with jQuery and jQuery UI
- Experience with both manual and automated testing (Selenium)
- An affinity for elegant UI/UX design
Professional Capabilities:
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Teamwork/cooperation skills are essential
- Ability to complete tasks on time within a schedule
- Innovative mindset, contributing with new ideas in the creation of web sites and features
- Understanding of standards-compliant web design principles XHTML and CSS
