We are a relatively young law firm (est. 1991) with well established practices in immigration, business and real estate. The managing lawyer is a "refugee" of downtown firms and established this firm to provide more accessible legal services to small and medium businesses. We are dedicated to maintaining high standards of practice in time-honoured traditions, yet being accessible and affordable to the public. Our strategy and advantage is our size and ability to adopt to changes quickly using the latest technology and best practices. We have recently renovated and moved into a historic landmark building in downtown New Westminster. The building is home to many other lawyers and to the prestigious Westminster Club for networking.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of practice in highly organized offices, have some clients and able to manage own files. We may be able to refer some files and can assist with developing new area of practice, including wills and estates, criminal, civil litigation, family, and selling real estate and businesses. Compensations will range from 30% to 60% of billing, depending on the level of assistance required with virtually no minimum billing requirement.
