Excellent long term opportunity to work in a well established warehouse in Delta.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Reconcile discrepancies in cycle counting, physical inventory and production. Prepare explanations and liaise with inventory analyst and clients finance team on results.
-Administer cycle count activities
-Initiate and control physical inventory locations including planning, scheduling, and controlling move process
-Perform audits of warehouse operations
-Special projects as assigned by supervisor
-Work closely with other warehouse personnel and communicate effectively with planners and drivers
-Prepare a portion of the month end physical inventory count reporting
-Facilitate month end physical count
Skills:
-Post secondary education in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related program is preferred
-One year of warehouse or production cycle count transaction experience
-Good communication skills, written and verbal
-Order picking experience/RF Scan Guns
-Familiarization with automated warehouse management systems
-Able to work under limited supervision in a fast paced warehouse environment
