We are looking to fill a full time inside sales position.
Duties include:
- Answering phone and taking phone orders
- entering orders into the computer and following order process
- ensuring the orders are completed and shipped successfully
- following up with customers and ensuring that all needs are met
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must!
- Highly energetic persona
- Friendly and outgoing
- Ability to learn the product line and understand products
- Good organizational skills
- excellent multitasking skills
- Able to use computer and office suite of programs
- Past experience in sales is an asset
- Past experience in computer order processing systems is an asset
