Compensation for this role starts at $31,285.00/annually, although candidates with demonstrated receivables management experience in a call centre environment would be eligible for a higher base salary. Employees may also be eligible to increase their monetary compensation with an annual bonus based on business results and individual performance. In this role, the incumbent will establish effective financial counselling relationships with bank clients whose obligations are not being managed or liquidated satisfactorily. A high level of product knowledge, encompassing all retail lending products, as well as analytical, communication and selling skills are required in order to successfully offer to customers the highest quality service in the selection of the most appropriate solutions for resolving their problem contractual debts.
This class is set to start November 16.
