This is a short-term, part-time, contract position. Position: Full-cycle Bookkeeper/office assistant Start Date: Immediate Duties to include: Accounts Receivable & Payable Account Reconciliations Government remittances; GST, PST, WCB , Source Deductions Payroll Customer account queries Year end preparations for accountant including inventory General office duties Excellent English/communication skills are a must for dealing with all account enquiries from our clients. The ideal candidate will possess full cycle accounting experience, ability to multi-task and be organized, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as a team player.
