POSITION: Account Executive, Territory - Metro Vancouver
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager
COMPANY: Pattison Outdoor
LOCATION: Burnaby, BC
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Development of new business accounts and handling client leads.
*Work with Sales Manager on account development of new and existing accounts.
*Meet and exceed sales targets.
*Provide ongoing support to ensure optimal client service.
QUALIFICATIONS
*True "Hunter" in new business development while also having a strong handle on how to retain and grow accounts and relationships
*Proven exceptional sales results in the media or a related industry.
*Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
*Minimum 2 years media sales (or 5 years OUTSIDE SALES) experience required.
*Able to work independently, yet a strong team player.
*Minimum 5 years of marketing and sales experience, a requirement.
*Above average work ethic, highly enthusiastic and energetic disposition.
*Ability to learn and implement newly acquired skills quickly.
*A valid driver's license and vehicle.
*Computer proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) a minimum.
*Willingness to take on the challenge of developing a strong new customer base.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Conceptual, creative thinker and problem solver.
*Must enjoy fast paced work environment that is based on team and individual effort.
*A positive, friendly manner and customer service approach that will enable the successful candidate to deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity.
