Flash Artist/Programmer Wanted (Kits)

I am the Director of Web Production at a small local advertising agency, and am still trying to build a relationship with a Flash and Actionscript expert. I have had little success finding someone to work with on our projects! You guys must be busy, or not good at communication... The projects coming up range from tiny functionality additions to existing Flash movies we're designing, (we're more focused on ideas and designs) to a full-blown website for a prominent financial institution, for which I'm currently trying to complete a budget. If you are good at Flash and enjoy getting paid for your skills, please contact me now. We're looking for someone who can work on projects on a contract to freelance basis.

Projects will involve typographic animation, live actor interaction & 3-D animation (Flash video), and anything you can come up with.

Web Marketing Specialist

The role of the Web Marketing Specialist is to work along with the Web Marketing Manager to increase traffic to websites, improve ranking on search engines, track the activities of web visitors and to run online marketing campaigns through PPC, Social Media and SEO.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and administer PPC campaigns data and adjust accordingly, utilizing tracking and analytics solutions to deliver maximum return.
• Help define SEO requirements and recommend and implement SEO and site enhancements that maximize ROI and increase rank of natural search results, indexing, ranking, click-troughs, and conversions
• Knowledge of link building
• Proactively identify opportunities to boost conversion on all sites
• Administer Affiliate Program
• Help implement Social Media campaigns
• Analyze SEO and make changes to improve web site effectiveness, marketing campaigns, site content and functionality, and sales and marketing efforts.
• Improve internal link structure, monitor new trends, perform keyword research and competitive analysis as it relates to SEO, and research media opportunities.

• Keep abreast of the latest SEO & SEM industry information and trends.
• Contribute to the work of the Marketing Team, assisting where required.

Requirements:
• Good understanding of how search engines and websites work
• Experience with SEO reporting: AdWords, MSN and Yahoo. Web analytics tools are a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in organic search using Google, Yahoo or MSN
• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details, critical thinker
• Experience with search engine mechanics (ranking strategies and industry trends)
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Team player, demonstrating good professional skills and strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are looking for an individual with hands on iPhone development skills and a portfolio of approved iphone applications to join our iPhone development team.

Responsibilities:
• Scope, design, implement and test new feature with other team members. Innovate and brainstorm new features
• Troubleshoot, optimize and performance tune the code
• Write unit tested and maintainable code
• Develop new Apps for clients

The qualified candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Hands on knowledge of the latest iPhone SDK
• Personally architected and implemented iPhone applications approved by Apple Store
• Hands on experience integrating iphone applications with Web Services (SOAP etc)
• Experienced with dynamic language concepts, like Python or Ruby
• Understanding of best practices for development of the iPhone user experience
• Excellent coding and documentation style

Required Experience:
