DIRECTOR OF FOOD SERVICES - GRILL/BANQUET HALL (DELTA, NEW WEST, NORTH SURREY AREA)

We are a 100 seat Grill and 500 seat Banquet Room in a brand new facility with an 800k very well built banquet kitchen. We operate mon to fri as a grill putting out 150 meals a day plus catering and banquets. We also host larger banquets nightly and especially on weekends serving up to 400 ppl. You are a motivator of people, have a full understanding of day to day restaurant operations and completely understand ALL aspects of banquet ops.





You are hands on and put your whites on for all larger functions and lunch/breakfast rushes. You are a salesperson when it comes to booking banquets and special functions.
