Resident Manager (Vancouver - West End). An Experienced Resident Manager Couple (one to work) are required for a 65 unit rental building located in the West End.
Applicants must be capable of (but not limited to)
Renting Suites
Rent collection
Advertising
Arbitration
Banking
Security Deposits
Record keeping
Eviction notices
Check in and check outs
Liason with trades Minor repairs
In suite cleaning
Common area cleaning
A salary of $3200 per month plus a rental reduction on a two bedroom suite. Other benefits include a parking spot, MSP and extended Medical/Dental. The days off for this position are Tues & Wed. Bonus incentive program after 12 months of employment. This is a no pet complex.
