Resident Manager required for rental building in North Vancouver. Candidates must be capable of the following:
Renting
Rent collections
Advertising suites
Check in/out
Liaison with trades
Minor repairs
Painting
In-suite cleaning
Common area cleaning
Some Gardening
Small dog or cat ok, separate office, phone and parking paid for, days off are flexible and rental reduction on 2 bedroom suite. Salary negotiable, couple preferred.
