We are a small home based company that is looking for help to build our business. Not much experience needed as we will train you.
Part time admin assistant needed for Small Business ( hours can be flexible. Ideally 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Position can be less or more for the correct individual )
We are a small company that is based in yaletown out of our home office.
We are looking for someone to keep business running smoothly. As well as it's busy owner.
Duties include but not limited to:
sorting/filing mail
posting daily ads on line
paying bills
data entry
holding boss accountable
running small errands
minor office/house upkeep
implement new strategies
marketing
The right person for this job will be organized, have good computer & people skills,
telephone manner, be fun, and have admin experience.
