Your PHP and Drupal experience are a must, but please tell us also if you have experience and knowledge in other areas. The following skills would be a plus:
- iterative development
- functional/unit testing
- experience with object oriented programming
- Python or Ruby experience
- experience with large scale applications
- experience using Amazon Web Services
- open source contributions
