Not only do we produce the software to power online shopping, we use it too! Our Elastic Path Services
group works with select ecommerce outsourcing partnerships, such as the online stores for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic/Paralympic Winter Games, Hockey Canada and The Olympic Store at the
Hudson’s Bay Company to manage their complete ecommerce function. If you’re looking for the

We’re looking for outstanding customer service representatives
As the operator for three highly regarded online stores, we are looking for a few enthusiastic additions
to our team. Our customer service representatives provide exceptional service for all our customers and
will be integral for our next level of growth. We’re looking for talented individuals who have a passion
for dealing with customers and a desire to succeed.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a variety of ways:
o Primarily on the phone, but also via online chat and answering emails
o Recognizing and responding to end users and corporate accounts
• Listen to customers, analyze their needs and take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues
• Promote products and up sell related products as appropriate
• Participate in marketing and merchandising initiatives as required
• Process product returns and cancelled orders
• Provide reports as required by management

It’s as important for you to find the right company as it is for us to find the right candidate. We believe
there are some unique skill sets required to succeed in this position:
• 2- 3 years customer service experience in a call centre or office environment
• Bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Marketing, Purchasing, and/or Merchandising experience within the ecommerce industry is also
considered an asset
• These are contract full time positions with 8 hour shifts starting between 5:00 am and 1:00 pm
Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Some weekend work will also be
required. These hours will vary as we get closer to the Olympic Games.
• Excellent attention to details
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
