Full time Senior Bookkeeper required for large construction company
Job requirements:
ACCPAC Windows version 5.5 - A MUST
Excell
Full Cycle Bookkeeper
Ensure financial statements are completed monthly and presented to the owner
Payroll for 3 companies (4 branches)
Government remittances
Bank Reconciliation for 2 companies
Journal entries and adjustments
Balancing liability accounts monthly
Ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of his/her work
Must be capable of multi-tasking and priortizing & willing to help co workers without being asked.
At least 8 - 10 years experience as a full cycle Bookkeeper
The successful candidate will have excellent attendance, be punctual, have a friendly/outgoing nature and be capable of working independently.
