Richmond based business is looking for an energetic, cheerful individual who loves an office environment. The candidate will need to
- answer phone calls
- work with clients, customer service experience is a plus
- good organization skills
- work with the computer (general computer skills, Simply Accounting, and a program specific to the business)
- Having an accounting background is also a plus
- knowledge with graphics on the computer is a plus
- occasional assistance with pick up and delivery (valid BC driver license a must)
- look after a wide variety of general office tasks including pay roll
- work well under pressure
- Please be able to speak cantonese or mandarin. Being able to speak both fluently is also a plus
As you will be the first point of contact for callers, it is essential that all calls are responded to with high levels of customer service and in the most efficient manner possible.
