We are looking for an administrator who can communicate well.
This job requires excellent people skills and organizational ability, office experience and the ability to work independently under pressure whilst using your own initiative. Flexibility and innovation with the ability to respond positively to a fast changing work environment is key to the success of this role.
Duties will include supporting the facilities and building management function through quality assurance, electronic diary, arranging meetings, taking minutes, dealing with telephone enquiries, filing and general administration.
Excellent IT skills are required covering : Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
