Very well established and expanding Construction and Renovation Company seeks to develop our business and expand our services by forming exclusive relationships with TWO UNIQUE AND TALENTED DESIGN PROFESSIONALS: One for Landscape Design and the second for Interior/Exterior Design.
ABOUT YOU
You are already an established designer seeking an opportunity to establish a long term (career) relationship with one single company capable of fulfilling your best ideas for your clients.
You are very creative and produce intelligent designs that take the clients needs and lifestyle into consideration before applying your own preferences.
You are able to work from concept through to finished construction drawings in good time, and remain open to new ideas throughout.
You like to be your own boss and at the same time be a part of a greater team.
You want to be your own boss but have a hard time with business management.
You have the drive to be the best, and are always looking for the right opportunity to get there.
You want to be paid well and are willing to go way beyond the ‘9 to 5’ mentality to have the opportunity to earn far more than a wage.
You will be one of the key personnel in the company and expected to help develop the company into a top tier organization.
WORKING WITH US
You would work with our new and existing clients, our project managers and installers, subcontractors (engineers, mechanical, electrical, plumbing). You would also develop your current clients by introducing in-house installations under your name. We seek to strengthen our position in a difficult economy. You would be expected earn a six-figure income (wage, commissions, management fees) as business develops.
Current construction projects range from bathroom and kitchen makeovers to full interior/exterior/landscape renovations, apartment building structural and damage restorations, and complete estate home and landscape construction and renovations.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Recognized or up and coming name in the construction industry with extensive experience with highest quality work.
Excellent communication and sales skills
Experience in design-build and project management
Experience working closely with project managers and installers to fulfill project expectations.
Ability to see beyond the ‘typical’ boundaries of your projects and assist in developing a new and unique approach to home and commercial construction.
Bring an established client base to our company and a willingness to develop and expand.
Work with our client base to develop closer relationships and broaden scopes of work
Definitely NOT a 9 to 5 mentality.
