Job Description
Key responsibilities of a Shoppers Drug Mart Front Store Supervisor include:
Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising; ensure all loss prevention programs are implemented to standard; ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all guidelines; ensures standards of housekeeping and image are maintained.
Required Qualifications
High school education; customer service oriented; computer literate; organized; independent thinking; problem solving skills.
Desired Qualifications Time management skills; ability to maximize efficiency and minimize costs; familiar with retail business an asset; knowledge of products and supplies an asset.
Work Hours
Must be available for some day shifts as well as evenings and weekends.
This is a part-time position offering 16-24 hours per week
