We are looking for a career-oriented candidate to learn all components of a high profile coffee business and drive the growth of the brand. As Boutique – in –Shop Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the Boutique – In – Shop, lead and manage the team of Coffee Specialists by reinforcing the fundamental values of our brand: high class, service and efficiency.
Major Responsibilities:
•Achieve with the team the daily, weekly, monthly sales and service level boutique targets.
•Maximize capsule, accessories and machines sales in the boutique.
•Lead the team by example in servicing and selling all aspects of the Nespresso System while keeping our premium image and positioning.
•Manage the recruitment, work schedule, professional development and coaching of the team.
•Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and guidelines for the boutique operations and ensure that the team understands and complies with them.
•Implement cash collection procedures and monitor their application.
•Handle monthly, quarterly physical stock inventories.
•Pro-actively managed and deal with customer interaction and complaints.
•Delivers weekly/monthly reporting as required.
•Support special events and merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications:
•Minimum College degree (Hospitality Management school a plus).
•5+ years Retail Selling & Service experience in a luxury boutique
•2 years credible experience in managing/supervising people/teams.
•Knowledge of Planning, organizing and controlling boutique operations.
•Knowledge of coffee (products, accessories, machines etc would be an advantage).
•Excellent Presentation, Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
•Strong team leader and team player.
•Proactive and responsive to anticipate and fulfill customer needs.
