Reporting directly to the President, the Account and Administrative Coordinator is responsible for client liaison, marketing, sales, accounting and office administration.
Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities:
Client Liaison/Sales/Marketing handling sales inquiries and marketing initiatives, which include actively seeking new clientele, organizing sales meetings, and dealing with phone sales and registrations.
Client Liaison liaising with corporate clients on their accounts to make sure agreements are being fulfilled.
Accounting managing account payables and receivables for ScanTech and sister company MCM Integrated Technologies. Invoicing ScanTech clients to ensure invoices are sent out in a timely manner and following up payment of invoices.
Office Administration handling administration and maintenance duties of the office. This included day-to-day management of the office, answering the telephone and handling e-mail inquiries.
