Reporting directly to the President, the Account and Administrative Coordinator is responsible for client liaison, marketing, sales, accounting and office administration.





Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities:





 Client Liaison/Sales/Marketing – handling sales inquiries and marketing initiatives, which include actively seeking new clientele, organizing sales meetings, and dealing with phone sales and registrations.


 Client Liaison – liaising with corporate clients on their accounts to make sure agreements are being fulfilled.


 Accounting – managing account payables and receivables for ScanTech and sister company MCM Integrated Technologies. Invoicing ScanTech clients to ensure invoices are sent out in a timely manner and following up payment of invoices.


 Office Administration – handling administration and maintenance duties of the office. This included day-to-day management of the office, answering the telephone and handling e-mail inquiries.
