I need someone to fix up the UI of my new site (being developed now) and I'll need someone to add some content and so on.
The site has potential to be huge. I do not have any money at the moment since I'm just a developer as well and doing the site in my spare time. I'm looking for someone who's professional and is willing to work for some percentage of the site or perhaps some percent of the income in the next few years.

Trust me, this site has a huge potential. I'll be the only developer and you'll be helping me out with css and UI and content. At the beginning, you won't have to spend too much time, but you will be responsible for future improvements.
