Web Designer Needed (Abbotsford)

I own a safety consulting company and am looking for someone to design my website for me. I'm open to any variety of ideas and suggestions, though I do have my own idea that I'm pretty fond of it. I do have a professionally designed logo and all the content/design that you would need to make the site as I have a variety of marketing and advertising materials and can pass along all the origional PSD and AI files for you to use.

What I do want: A smokin' dynamic site that takes advantage of the natural design characteristics of the logo and the print material that I've already designed (though if I like your ideas better... I'm flexible in that way). I am also interested in a pretty creatively heavy flash design.

What I don't want: ABSOLUTELY NO TEMPLATES. I've seen 'em all and they're not specific enough. They're generic and a lot gets lost in translation and so that's not what I want. I'm also not interested in cheese please.

This will be a two phase process, just because of timing (I'm not done developing some of the product I want to market online) and $$$ (I'm sure the full blown thing will take some time to design and therefore cost a pretty penny). I'm interested in a functional yet attractive design that transparently demonstrates what we do and what we're about.

Ideally, you'd be interested in swaping your services for mine or for some of my stuff (Motorcycle, Drums and recording equipment) but I can understand that not everyone who is capable of delivering what I'm looking for will want to trade. Convert my HTML site to WordPress (Vancouver)

I am looking for a web programmer who can take my existing HTML site and repopulate it on a WordPress platform. I need the capability to socially share info better using my site and am familiar with WordPress and the plug-ins, widgets, etc but am not a programmer so I cannot do the work myself.

Right now my site is in HTML with php. I would be looking to make a few minor tweaks the to content but nothing major. I am also looking for some help getting it better SEO'd. If you're a wizard at WordPress and SEO I would love to hear from you.

Expert level VB.NET developer - one-off job (Downtown Vancouver)

We had a small web app developed in VB.NET by someone who is no longer working for us, and there are a couple bugs that need to be dug out and fixed a.s.a.p. They are minor things, but there are a few things that look like they could use cleanup too. We don't usually do things in VB.NET, so rather than muddling through, better to get someone who knows what they are doing.

I figure it's between four and eight hours work. I'd like to get it completed in one day.

I'd like to get this done as quickly as possible, so if you
