Manager qualifications include:
Experience:
-4+ years retail management experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in related field
-Experience leading and motivating a sales team
-A track record of successful retail financial growth performance
- Inventory tracking and maintenance
-Shipping and receiving product
-Retail staff scheduling
-Implementing merchandizing and event directives
-Sales team training
-Familiar with POS systems and retail reports

-Candidate should be extremely self-motivated, patient, and responsible
-Leadership
-Excellent communication skills
-Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
-Able to take direction
-A great personality and enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service
-An eye for merchandizing

Responsibilities:
-Above all maintain the store’s appearance (merchandized, clean, excellent customer service, etc)
-Communicate store needs and concerns to Regional Manager (product, supplies, staffing, etc)
-Motivate and support sales staff
-Sales associate schedule & payroll
-Process shipment in a timely fashion and report discrepancies
-Pull damaged merchandise from the floor.
-Daily/weekly/monthly reporting & paperwork
-Banking
-Customer email list maintenance
-Available to plan and execute in-store events (oftentimes after hours)
