~Sous Chef~ (Gastown)

Sous Chef needed who obtain the following credentials:





-extensive knowledge of sauces, stocks, dressings and soups


-must be confident to prepare and cook all fish and meat


-ability to handle high volume as this is a 240 seat restaurant


-pasta experience is a bonus


-able to see the "big picture" pertaining to service and inventory


-must communicate well with the Chef and F.O.H.
