Busy Vancouver bottle depot is searching for a qualified Shift Supervisor. If you have an outgoing and friendly personality, excellent communication skills and enjoy hands-on work with the public, in a clean and safe environment, this may be the job for you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising depot staff and daily operations
- Maintaining excellent service
- Work with the Depot Manager to increase and maintain productivity and workplace safety standards
- Administrative tasks
Skills/Qualifications:
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Management experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
Job Requirements:
- Management Experience (Minimum 2 years)
- Verbal and Written Communication in English
- Cantonese/Mandarin an asset.
- Proficient computer skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- This is a hands-on position requiring work with both beverage containers and the general public.
Wage level to commensurate with experience and qualifications.
