We are currently seeking independent sales agents to book appointments for a new heating & gas fitting company.

Ideal candidates would be experienced sales agents with a firm customer service background. Knowledge pertaining to heating services is not a must, but would be a definate asset. Someone who is a real self-starter could take serious advantage of this lucrative oppertunity.

Agents would be paid on a per-booking basis upon completion of any jobs booked. Since the cold season is just starting to set in and people are only now turning on their heating systems for the first time, this is a fairly easy product to sell at this time of year, given the necessity of the service. Commission will be 25% of the total value of completed jobs, and the average booking tends to be worth around $100-$150 (though some packages sell for over $300)

This position requires ALL sales and installation staff be registered under the Securirty Licensing Act so those who are not bondable and/or who have any sort of criminal record need not to apply.

Must be fluent in written and oral english and be familiar with the navigations of entire Vancouver and surrounding areas.
Candidate must be well spoken, very organized, proffesional and presentable, able to multi-task, make your own schedule and enjoy the challenge of closing a contract.

You must have a reliable vehicle and be able to start with limitted or no training.

Monthly salary will be established and negotiated that is neutral and fare for the candidate and company to allow the candidates to become comfortable in their position and be able to take the time necessary to meet and gain the business of the right clients for our company. After the first quater a review will be conducted, upon the results of the review process a reasonable salary base + commisions and future benefit including pension packages will be discussed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Promote and sell some of Canada's most respected brands including TD, CIBC, BMO and Primus Telecom inside Malls, Office Towers, Branches and Special events
• Ensure that all applications are accurately completed, picked up and left in the designated area as outlined in the Direct Sales Force training sessions
• Provide customers with accurate information pertaining to the products and services
• May assist in the setting up of Kiosk displays
