Grand & Toy has been Canada's leading office solutions supplier for over 125 years! We are currently seeking one sales-driven, outgoing and motivated individual to join the retail team at our Vancouver flagship location on Granville Street!
Position: Sales Associate - Part Time
Details: 1 position available immediately, approximately 15-25 hours per week. Shifts will vary during business hours Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service at all times
- Use of sales techniques to determine and meet all customer needs
- Process transactions in a timely manner using POS system
- Promote our wide array of services
- Assist in replenishing stock and rotating merchandise
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Self starter with contagious enthusiasm
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Competent computer skills, as position will require use of MS Office, Internet Explorer as well as G&T infromation systems
- Strong drive and understanding of sales using interactive needs analysis
- Previous retail experience is an asset
Education:
- Secondary school completion
