A retail company with 7 store locations located throughout the Lower Mainland of Vancouver is looking for Retail Sales Clerks to join their team!
Duties and responsibilities for this position will include:
•Provide excellent customer service
•Conduct transactions, handling cash and POS system
•Price , display and stock food and supplies
•Check for mispriced and outdated stock
•Ensure all products are displayed and maintained
•Answer telephone: answer questions, take messages, transfer calls, etc...
•General cleaning duties: vacuum, sweep, dust and ensure cleanliness of store
•Receive and answer incoming calls and questions
•Other duties as assigned
To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes:
•Previous experience in a retail environment handling cash
•High school diploma
•Positive attitude combined with excellent communication and customer service skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment combined with accuracy and positive attitude
•Organized, motivated, reliable and punctual
•Flexibility and availability to work any days of the week at different locations
This position will pay $10 per hour with full benefits after 6 months. Working hours will vary: Monday to Friday, 9:30-6:00 or 9:30-8:00 or 9:30-9:00, Saturday 9:00-6:00 and Sunday 10:00-6:00.
