Regional Manager (BC Interior Territory)

Role: High performing individual required to work in the BC Interior in the Automotive Industry. This is an outside sales position. This B2B position requires you to foster new growth in the Automotive Industry of British Columbia. Professional attire and a vehicle are required for this position. Ability to present yourself at the highest level of professionalism. Self-discipline and the ability to set your own schedule and work independently are a must. Meet and exceed sales targets. Prospect and develop new sales opportunities in the new and used car dealerships. A solid and strong understanding of the sales department, service department, business office and the general operations of a new car franchise a must. Internet and web based solutions, media and marketing as it applies to the industry would be helpful as well. You are required to document and report activity to the Western Sales Manager &/or the National Sales Manager. Make effective use of our CRM for documenting customer data and the customer sales cycle, while always using professional accountability and integrity. You must travel in the designated territory with some overnight travel required.


Remuneration: Base salary, commission structure based on RSR Group of productions/services
