Realtors will sign a contract to join only your office location or brokerage if your agency is willing to provide the following:
As part of the package negotiation, your agency will finance all or part of the real estate licensing education of the student in exchange for
the student agreeing to work only at your office location. Agreement is made in writing. If student does not pass the licensing exam, we agree to fully re-imburse you the full cost of the real estate course. We do the screening to make sure that all applicants pass. If necessary, we train them until they do pass.
In return for financing their real estate licencing course (and/or license fee) the students may agree to pay a higher percent to the agency on each sale made.
You get to meet and interview every student before deciding whether or not you are comfortable financing their real estate course/exam.
We created this service to help new realtors get a head start in the real estate industry. Rather than pay for courses, exams, and licenses, enthusiastic realtors just starting their careers can have that money better spent on marketing themselves more widely to the public. For example, they can use that money to purchase laptops, suits, vehicle advertisements, business cards, flyers, newspaper and magazine ads, and even hire others to promote for them online.
