Fantastic opportunity! Vancouver brokerage firm has a new Project Coordinator position that needs to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include:
-Maintaining client lists and records of correspondence
-Providing research and analysis on property information as required
-Speaking with municipal staff to confirm land use designations and development service charges
-Managing transaction documentation
Qualifications:
-Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and In-Design skills
-B.Com, BA, or equivalent work experience in real estate
-Real Estate Salesperson's License or is prepared to study towards obtaining one
-Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
-Flexibility to work as schedules demand, frequently requiring additional time spent (evenings and sometimes weekends) to complete projects
-Familiarity with ACT an asset
-Valid driver's license
