One-Year Contract: Property Assistant (Vancouver)

One-year contract for an experienced residential property management assistant.





Reporting to the building manager, the successful candidate will process rental applications, coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, the rental of vacant suites, suite inspections, liaise with contractors, tenants and suppliers, respond to repair requests and various other tenant related matters on a daily basis.





Highlights of requirements:


• 2-5 years experience working in a property management position with a background in property leasing/sales or experience working in a residential tenancy office;


• Responsible, reliable, deadline oriented, with an ability to multi-task;


• Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, Human Rights Code and/or PIPA of BC;


• An ability to speak Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin or Chinese;


• Solid computer skills using Yardi and the MS Office suite;


• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral); and


• Personable, professional and diplomatic.
