Our brand ambassador program offers a flexible schedule where students can choose which events they want to work.

Job Description:

- Ambassadors will be given product and swag to hand out to who they deem are "opinion leaders" on their campus. They will have to take pictures with patrons that they are sampling to.
- Ambassadors must live on university / college campus.
- Product/swag will be delivered, and ambassadors will hand out product around the dorm, and/or around the campus.
- Ambassador must be available when the promo team comes to their campus.
- Ambassador must bring students/patrons out to the sampling team to ensure high frequency.
- Ambassadors are required to find student events (i.e. house parties or campus events), and ambassadors will be required to hand out product at said events they find.
- This position is contract-based and the probation period is two weeks.

Brand Ambassadors are selected for the following qualities:
• High energy/upbeat individuals with open/friendly personalities
• Socially involved on and off campus
• Opinion leaders who know what fresh and exciting events are taking place on campus
• Students who have access to large groups of students (involved in clubs, social committees, student unions, etc.)

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and well connected college students to work part time to help Kaplan promote our products and services on your campus.

Responsibilities:
Provide information and generate interest on our programs via tabling on campus
Post and distribute fliers and or generate leads and contacts for the local Kaplan Center
Coordinate and participate in local marketing events
Monitor and respond to competitive activity in the market
Research and report on campus clubs and groups that would benefit from Kaplan products
Facilitate introductions of Kaplan staff to club and group leaders
Create campus presence during high season
Prepare room and materials

Qualifications:
Must be actively enrolled at Simon Fraser University
Class status of Sophomore or above
Have an established social and professional network within the campus community
Available to work 5 to 10 hours a week (some weeks may require more hours)
Available to work at least one academic year (Fall through Spring)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exhibit outstanding leadership qualities, highly creative and well organized
Have demonstrated instances of self motivation and taking initiative
