I am starting a business in Vancouver helping business owners rent out their under-utilized meeting room space. I am ready to launch, but need a business partner to handle MARKETING AND SALES - acquiring rooms and marketing to potential renters. There is NO INVESTMENT needed, but all pay would initially be commission - splitting profits 50/50 until we are both making a decent salary. Initially the position would be fully hands-on, but as the business grows it would likely move to more of a managerial role.

I have very high standards for someone I would want to partner with and hope you do too. I have a strong sense of fairness and ethics and am always going to do things above board. I also believe strongly in good communication and am quick to get problems out in the open. The most important quality I'm looking for is that you be a warm and "real" person. I'm looking for a people person first, and a business person second. If my concept works in Vancouver I would be looking at expanding across Canada and, eventually, internationally as well.
