Promotional reps needed ASAP (Vancouver)

We have an exciting promotion launching for 2010.
This event will be running for 3 weeks during the Winter.
We are looking for all the top performers. We have 2 contracts sealed up and we are looking for the top notch promo reps.
We are going to be hosting one of the main sponsors and we are having meet and greats all next week.
We are looking to firm up all positions for this event.
We are looking for a unique look. We are looking for all boys and girls.

Our client is looking for boys and girls to act as Host/Hostess for 24 days for the month of February.

The shifts will be 6 -12 hour days. You will have to be meeting and greeting people none stop of course with breaks in between but we are looking for people that are able to keep working with Integrity. The client is very strict as they will need people that do not lean on their items in the venue. Able to communicate to everyone that comes in the venue.

Also if you are bilingual in French/English that would be a plus………

As the Distribution Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Training employees as required and managing a team of 80-100 contractors
• Establishing delivery routes ,client and project paper work, report verifying, planning
• Liaise with clients and take a role to activate new or existing measures to ensure client satisfaction with your team and within your project.
• Negotiating transportation vendor contracts and managing the delivery
• Use our proprietary real time system
• Monitoring the Distribution Reports and adjusting the delivery amount, ensuring the delivery amount is at the optimum level.
• Ensuring proper systems are in place to effectively distribute newspapers
• Planning the most effective method, manner and means of project delivery
• Actively tracking field figures, analyzing data and preparing recommendations

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Fluency with excel, and MS office suite
• Having a good knowledge of Business and Marketing is an asset but not a requirement
• Has previous project management and planning, distribution or logistics experience of at least 2 years

Note: This is full-time position

Wage:
$19.5 per hour 37.5 Hours a week
