Jugo Juice - Franchise Development Leader
Full-time Position
Join our growing field operations team in BC! The position will report directly to the Development Agents. The Franchise Development Leader will provide expertise in overall field operations, Store Openings and will be responsible for ensuring franchisees obtain Business Excellence. The position will provide franchisees with the direction needed for increased growth, targeted local marketing, increased distribution, and better profitability through continued business planning and evaluation. Travel will be required; approximately 30%.
- Obtaining Business Excellence:
- Conduct Operational Evaluations in all Franchise restaurants:
- Provide Franchisees with exceptional coaching, training, education and development tools:
- Enforcement of the Franchise Contract:
- Facilitate effective marketing and brand development efforts:
- Serve as liaison between The BC Development Agents and the Franchisees:
- Experience / Qualifications:
* Undergraduate degree/diploma or equivalent in education and experience;
* Minimum 3 years of multi-unit experience in the restaurant and/or customer service industry;
* Ability to work independently with a result orientation;
* Ability to read and interpret financial statements;
* Strong analytical, problem solving and public relation skills;
* The ability to lead others and provide the necessary energy to motivate a franchisee towards positive sales and growth;
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and flexibility to handle multiple assignments;
* Ability to effectively and professionally provide guidance and coaching to franchisees;
* Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills;
* Strong interpersonal, project management, and diplomatic skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization;
* Demonstrated ability to be self-starting, self-motivating and capable of working remotely;
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
* The ability to travel from store to store.
