my name is matt and i am looking for people insales that can contact,and provide information to wealthy clients in alberta for my model railway building business. the position includes $3,750 salary a month to start and a %10 percent sales share of whatever the amount of the project costs. i have been involved with a lot of clients in the vancouver area and i have built train sets for delanies coffee house,the brewhouse in whistler,railway club and a number of other private residences. what i do is i build entire model train sets complete with every little detail rite down to the last mail box. prices on these train sets vary from $175,000 upwards to half a million. the chossen sales person will have gtood knowledge of communication and good common sence of making a deal happen. once the sales person has found the rite client a further %10 percent of whatever amount will be paid in full once a contract has been signed .so not only does the job pay $3,750 a month to start but on completion of a sale of $175,000 an amount of $17,500 would be paid out! This sales job is realated to anyone whos dad,mom,boss or uncle that has a love for model trains! I've also had a few requests and suggestions about contractor rates, so I would like some submissions as to base rates for contractors. I'm still a little leery about putting contractor rates up, because the last thing that is needed now is people using something like this to undercut everyone else to the point that no one can afford to work.

I've already had a few suggestions for the black/grey/white-lists, I'm hoping to get some more.

ABA therapist needed (vancover west side)

Our family is searching for an individual to work with a 4 years old boy on a one-on-one basis. Previous experience would be an assets however we will consider all applicants. You will be part of the team of Behavior Consultant (BCBA) supervised by doctoral level. You should be full of energy, very patient, have strong sense of play skills, positive attitude. Training will be provided once you are accepted for the job.

As a therapist you should be able to commit three times a week for two and a half hours, plus attend compulsory team meetings, which happen every month. The sessions must be held in afternoon from 5.00-7.30p.m.
You should be over 19 years of age and have absolutely no criminal record. As well as you should interact with children comfortably and be fluent in English. This job is suitable for someone who already has a lot of experience in this field or for someone who in future wants to work in fields of psychology, special education, early childhood education and speech and language pathology. You also must be very reliably as your attendance is highly important. This is a contract job and you should be able to commit to it for at least a period of 9 months. Salary depends on the level of experience you have, and will be discussed during the interview. $18 - $22 /h
