REQUIRED
J2SE 5
J2EE
SQL (PL/SQL, T-SQL)
Knowledge of open-source frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate/IBatis
Sound understanding of object-oriented programming
At least a 2-year diploma in software development
Excellent communication skills
OPTIONAL
Java Script
AJAX
Understanding of the build and deployment process
Working knowledge of Maven and/or Ant build tools
Ability to interact with clients
