Our Richmond client, an industry leader is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team.
Note: An essential requirement for the role is the ability to speak, read and write English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist the HR Manager with assigned projects and tasks
- Full cycle Payroll for salary and hourly staff using ADP
- Attendance management
- Pay cheque distribution
- Assisting in translation of HR documents
- Advertise vacancies externally and internally
- Entry level recruitment including interviewing and reference checking
- Maintaining and updating HR documents
- Assist with the development of systems and processes within the HR department
- Assist in coordinating company events
- Must be an expert in MS Excel
- Post Secondary education in HR Management or minimum 1 year experience

Salary: 35k - 40k + Benefits and 15% Bonus
