- proven track record and real estate selling experience is preferred, but not necessary

- second language, written or verbal, an asset
- proficiency with many of: MS Office Suite including MS Project and SharePoint, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Basic Html using images for email campaigns
You will receive -
- all overhead, photocopying, mailing, desk fees, team marketing is covered, you pay only board fees, licensing and nominal incidentals
- complete training if required, in house course materials
- established listing base, market share and new purchaser inquiries to keep you busy
- complete contact lists to build your sphere and increase income potential
- desk space and top computer equipment for exclusive use
- downtown Vancouver location
- the position will have a two month orientation period after which a longer term contract will be required
- compensation will be more than competitive and will be negotiated based on experience level
Once established we are looking for the candidate to specialize in an asset class. The most pressing demands on us currently are in the following areas:
- vacant land and planned communities (recently filled)
- multifamily (apartment blocks, mobile home parks, strata conversions)
- hospitality properties (resort, hotel, motel)
- investment sales (recently filled)
- office and retail sales and leasing (strata properties, relocation leasing and subleasing, shopping centres, tenant mandates) (recently filled)
- business brokerage, succession planning, strategy and consulting (small to medium businesses)
