You need to have complete commercial cleaning experience-3yrs minimum in the janitorial services industry & an excellent supervisory and management track record. The primary focus of this full time position is to train & assist our Franchisees in operating their own business. Exceptional customer service & communication skills, ability to multi-task, a positive attitude along with a high level of energy are a must, as you will work with both Franchisees and cleaning customers.
Your area of responsibilities are:
- Respond to customer call-ins, schedule requests & provide documentation.
- Conduct site visits & follow up, ensuring all cleaning standards are being met.
- Provide in-house classroom training & start-up training for our new Franchisees
This position requires full knowledge of floor care including: Stripping, refinishing & carpet extracting.
