Busy Richmond courier company has an immediate opening for a full time call taker/customer service representative. The main duties include taking delivery requests from our customers on the phone and then processing these requests in our computer system as well as making outbound sales calls on the telephone. The ideal candidate will have an excellent phone manner, data entry experience and some sales experience would be helpful. We are offering $1800 per month to start plus benefits after 3 months.
