Pyx is a locally owned and operated business that has been around for 16 years, and has has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in Credit Management. If you are a person that possess strong communication skills, detail oriented, and able to work independently in order to meet fixed deadlines, we would like you to join our team.
The successful candidate will work with the CEO and COO as part of the management team. The main responsibilities of the position will be oriented towards credit management, but will include other financial aspects of the business.
Specific responsibilities will include:
• Running credit reports (including PPSA’s and corporate searches)
• Preparation of contracts
• Working with our legal counsel as needed to coordinate preparation of legal documents or for legal advice as required
• Ongoing portfolio risk analysis and credit approval
• Ensuring clients meet reporting requirements (submission of financial and tax information)
• Leadership and direction in the finance area
