Cash Administrators needed during the Olympics (February/ March). This position also requires the candidates have availability for a training schedule leading up to the games. Day/ Evening positions will be available.
Great opportunity to make some extra income while our city hosts the world. In this position you will be required to create floats (up to 10 at a time), prepare daily reports, summarize payroll and reconcile petty cash/ safe totals for various pub and nightclub locations in downtown Vancouver. These properties deal with high levels of actual cash, therefore the applicable candidate will be comfortable in this area. Candidate may also be required to pick up bank orders and make nightly bank deposits. Travel within the downtown area is also required for this position.
The position REQUIRES consistency, accuracy and proficiency in Excel, data entry and cash handling. An understanding of basic accounting is an asset as is previous experience in high level cash handling ie. banking.
