Bookkeeper/Exec Asst

We are seeking a very dependable person to be our Office Manager/Bookkeeper











This position is crucial and central to our business











Idealy suited for someone that lives in the Tri Cities/Port Coquitlam area that is currently working downtown (or is sick of commuting to wherever) and wants to be closer to home.











You should be a very organized and detailed person and thrive at multi tasking





Skills required:


- Strong working knowledge of Simply Accounting. Please do not apply unless you haev experience with Simply Accounting


- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel





Duties:





- Accounts Payable





- Accounts Receivable





- Invoicing





- Most general ledger entries





- Knowledge of simply accounting





- All customs and shipping admninistration for shipping our products to the US (experience in shipping/customs an asset)





- Managing inventory





- Managing vendor relationships and reordering product














Basically you will be the "right hand" to the 2 owners also keeping them organized.
